Shipping
Packages are usually sent out on Fridays, please allow at least 1 business day to process your order.
The store cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged mail by courier services. In the event where a TRACKED package is lost or misplaced, please contact me, as tracked shipments include insurance which allows for cost recovery. The store cannot send free replacements or refunds in the rare event that an UNTRACKED package is lost or delayed.
Within Canada: There is NO tracking for standard shipping. Delivery upgrades are available at check out if you'd like tracking. Delivery times range from 5-10 days.
To the US: Comes WITH tracking. Delivery times can range from 2-4 weeks.
Delivery times are an estimate and are dependent on many factors which include weather, domestic transfer, your local post delivery, customs, etc.
Incorrect Addresses
Please contact me as soon as you can if you notice a mistake with your address. Once the order is shipped, the store cannot be responsible for lost mail due to incorrect addresses.
